Job Title: Tele Caller with Finance Experience Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Tele Caller who not only excels in communication and customer engagement but also possesses a basic understanding of finance. In this role, you will proactively contact potential clients, explain our range of services and assist in guiding customers through the initial stages of the sales process. Your finance knowledge will enable you to confidently discuss product benefits, answer queries related to financial aspects and build trust with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team. Customer Engagement: Clearly articulate service features and benefits, with a focus on finance-related services. Address customer queries regarding financial services, ensuring accurate and helpful information is provided. Maintain a customer-centric approach to build rapport and trust. Finance-Specific Tasks: Apply basic financial knowledge to explain service terms and related financial concepts. Assist in gathering and verifying financial information from clients where necessary. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with clients to confirm appointments, provide additional information, and ensure satisfaction. Adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards. Performance and Reporting: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Prepare regular reports on call activities and client feedback for management review. Required Qualifications: Education & Experience: High School Diploma or graduate required; additional certifications in finance or related areas are a plus. Proven experience in tele calling or customer service, ideally with exposure to finance-related products or services. Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
