We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive in the media industry to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media landscape and a proven track record of generating new sales and expanding our client base. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive growth - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the Media planning & Marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth Expand our client base. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Candidates with work experience of 1-2 years in the Media Industry is must - Proven track record of success in lead generation and exceeding revenue targets - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in hardcore sales is a plus
