Technovate is a growing digital marketing agency based in Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, and Kolkata. We offer comprehensive digital marketing, software development, ERP, app development, and other services to help businesses expand their online presence. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and lead the acquisition of new clients, driving revenue growth.


Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Executive with prior experience in selling digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and connect with potential clients through targeted cold calling, strategic email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Pitch digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing
  • Prepare customized sales proposals and presentations based on client needs.
  • Close deals and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their ongoing marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign delivery.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and meet monthly revenue targets.

  • Candidate Requirements:

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales at a digital marketing agency (Mandatory)
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
    • Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
