Job Description

Role & responsibilities Serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements. Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and position our products as the best solutions for prospective clients Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis Provide product, equipment, technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule. Prepare cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consult with engineers and other professional personnel. Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials. Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements. Submit orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes. Develop customers staff by providing technical information and training. Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Preferred candidate profile Should have experience in Technical Marketing of Engineering Products with passion in Marketing - also have worked directly with Manufacturing Industry.
