This role is designed for someone who combines strategic thinking, strong research skills, and effective communication to identify and engage decision-makers across key international markets. Role Overview Utilize LinkedIn & Sales Navigator to identify high-potential B2B prospects across USA, EMEA, APAC , and other global regions Work with data extraction tools to build accurate contact databases and enrich lead information Conduct professional outreach via email and LinkedIn to generate meaningful business conversations Qualify prospects based on business needs and hand over vetted leads to the internal sales team Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine targeting strategy and improve lead quality Maintain clean, organized records of outreach, performance, and insights using CRM and related tools Qualification Experience in new business development and global B2B lead generation Proficiency in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other discovery tools Strong business acumen and clear, confident communication skills Ability to personalize outreach and conduct detailed account research Experience in account management, negotiation, and ERP/SaaS industry knowledge Self-driven and goal-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 📩 Interested or know someone who would be a great fit?
