Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, referrals, networking, and online platforms. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce facility management services and schedule meetings. Client Meetings: Engage in face-to-face or virtual meetings with clients to understand their facility needs and present tailored service solutions. Proposal Development: Prepare and submit professional technical proposals in response to client requirements and RFPs. Follow-Ups: Maintain timely communication with prospects to close deals and build lasting relationships. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and proposal status using CRM tools or Excel.
