Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Clutch, and email campaigns.

• Generate and qualify high-quality leads for IT services, including web development, mobile apps, software solutions, and digital marketing.

• Draft, submit, and manage Upwork proposals with a high success rate ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and proposal submission to negotiation and closure.

• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design customized solutions and ensure seamless project handovers.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities through CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify new verticals and business trends.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and consistent follow-ups.

• Participate in online meetings, client calls, and product demos as needed to support conversions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales / B2B Sales / International Client Acquisition.

• Proven track record of lead generation and deal closures through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or other online platforms.

• Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS products, digital marketing, and web/mobile technologies.

• Excellent communication, proposal writing, and client presentation skills.

• Experience in bidding strategy, client communication, and negotiation.

• Hands-on experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, HubSpot CRM, and email automation tools.

• Ability to handle multiple leads, prioritize opportunities, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a target-driven approach.
