Position - Business Development Executive (BDE) Open Position - 1 Location - Pune Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage with prospective clients, establish long-term relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for business development activities. Business Proposal Development: Create well-researched, persuasive business proposals and presentations that address the client s requirements, including detailed technical solutions, project timelines, and cost estimates. Customer-Facing Engagement: Conduct meetings, presentations, and consultations with clients to understand their needs, propose IT solutions, and deliver tailored value propositions. Technology Solutions Expertise: Leverage your understanding of IT services such as cloud computing, software development, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity to effectively communicate the technical value of our offerings to clients. Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, business growth, and market penetration. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads through networking, digital channels, and industry events, and qualify prospects based on their needs. Negotiations & Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, close sales, and ensure profitable contracts while maintaining strong customer relationships. Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar customer-facing role in the IT services industry. Proven experience in developing business proposals, handling negotiations, and closing deals with enterprise clients. Familiarity with IT solutions such as software development, cloud services, digital transformation, and IT consulting. Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Skills: Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and present detailed business proposals. Ability to engage with senior-level executives and technical teams to translate business needs into technology solutions. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Other: A strong passion for technology and understanding its impact on business growth. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and industry dynamics.
