This role involves assessing students' abilities and interests, providing information on educational opportunities, and assisting in decision-making. To offer relevant advice, an education counsellor needs to stay updated with the latest educational trends, scholarship opportunities, and admission processes. They also work closely with parents, teachers, and other educational stakeholders to facilitate a supportive learning environment for students. Role & Responsibilities: Conducting student assessments to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and educational needs. Developing personalized education plans based on each students aspirations and abilities. Guiding course selection and career planning and Assisting students with scholarship applications and financial aid information Organizing workshops and information sessions on various educational pathways and opportunities. Achieving monthly and annual Enrollments targets which have been finalized in consultation with management. Plan and ensure timely follow-ups for all Admissions. Keeping track of student progress and intervening when necessary to ensure academic success. Implementing a student-centered approach, focusing on each student's individual needs and goals. Utilizing technology effectively for student assessments, record-keeping, and communication. Achieve monthly targets in order to promote sales.
