Job Description

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods. Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations, monitoring incoming deliveries. Lead and manage projects to optimize logistics operations and planning. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and distributors. Generate reports on delivery performance, cost estimates, and other key operational metrics. Identify and report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment. Demonstrate exceptional telephone etiquette, handling challenging calls with professionalism. Manage transportation logistics, ensuring the smooth movement of goods. Negotiate rates effectively with service providers and vendors. Oversee driver management to ensure optimal operational performance. Manage vendor relationships to ensure high service standards. Coordinate vehicle hire as needed for logistics operations.
