Job Description

Job Title: Business Development & Sales Executive Reporting to: Sales Manager / Customer Relationship & Retention Manager Job Overview: The Business Development & Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales directly from end-users by effectively educating customers about our products and services. Working in close collaboration with our innovative initiative "Dr. HAREN (Ply ka Doctor)", the Business Development & Sales Executive will utilize survey insights to identify customer needs and convert them into sales opportunities. Additionally, the BDE will manage relationships with architects and dealers to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: • Directly engage and educate customers on the features and benefits of our plywood products and services. • Generate sales by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions. • Collaborate with Ply Doctor Executives (Dr. HAREN) to convert survey results into actionable sales leads. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and end-users. • Ensure efficient communication between dealers and the company. • Identify new construction and renovation sites to grow market presence. • Follow up regularly with existing customers and dealers to drive continuous sales growth. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields). • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship roles are welcome. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. • Basic proficiency in computer operations, CRM tools, and reporting. • Customer-focused, proactive, and result-driven approach.
