Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Logistics Sales Executive to drive growth in Mumbai and Bangalore. The role focuses on acquiring and managing clients in 3PL, warehousing, and transportation , with an emphasis on building long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Execution: Identify and target prospects in e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, and D2C sectors requiring 3PL/warehousing solutions. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for logistics services. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Pitch customized logistics solutions (warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery). Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with clients. Market Research: Analyze competitor offerings and market trends in Mumbai/Bangalore logistics hubs. Collaboration: Work with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale. Reporting: Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) and provide weekly sales updates. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields. Experience: 2–3 years in logistics sales , preferably with 3PL, warehousing, or transport companies. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Skills: Strong understanding of warehousing operations , freight management, and 3PL workflows. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Location-Specific: Familiarity with Mumbai/Bangalore logistics ecosystems. Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
