Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, developing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Candidates with experience in construction or real estate will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through leads, networking, and market research.
• Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable project solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.
• Maintain and update client records, inquiries, and reports.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (construction or real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-handling ability.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
