Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Executive will focus on driving new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and establishing long-term business relationships. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, negotiating contracts, initiating partnerships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role also emphasizes effective communication and collaborative efforts to achieve company growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities
• Proven skills in Account Management and Business Relationship Management to maintain strong client connections
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with clients and presenting solutions
• Ability to work independently and effectively contribute to on-site team efforts
• Prior experience in the embedded systems or technology industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for maintaining records and reporting
