Hiring Company: IT Product-Based Company backed by experienced CAs, has an accounting application (an innovative Tally-on-Mobile solution). Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: 3.50 - 5.50 LPA Working Days & Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive Business Development Individuals to expand the reach of an accounting application (an innovative Tally-on-Mobile solution). This role involves onboarding channel partners, acquiring direct clients, and driving sales through field visits, product demos, and strategic business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: Channel Partner Development: Engage with Tally partners, CAs, advocates, and software distributors to onboard them as Counts Channel Partners. Direct Client Acquisition: Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert businesses into paying customers. Sales & Conversion: Showcase how Counts simplifies accounting data, close deals, and achieve sales targets. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM system. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships and provide onboarding support. Feedback & Strategy: Gather client insights to enhance product features and sales strategies. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in software sales, preferably ERP, accounting software, or SaaS. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and technical proficiency to explain software solutions effectively.
