Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive focusing on B2B sales in the US market, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in engaging with C-Suite executives, building lasting relationships, and closing deals through outbound sales efforts. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate revenue and meet sales targets consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outbound B2B sales strategies. - Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at the C-Suite level within the US market. - Execute cold calling, prospecting, and diligent follow-up activities to navigate the complete sales cycle effectively. - Tailor business solutions to match the specific requirements of clients. - Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations for various occasions such as meetings, trade shows, and industry events. - Manage and update sales pipeline data accurately utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce or Excel. - Meet and exceed sales quotas, call targets, and revenue objectives consistently. - Work collaboratively with the leadership team to devise effective sales strategies, conduct planning, and contribute to forecasting initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: - Possess at least an undergraduate degree. - Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in outbound B2B sales targeting the US market at the C-Suite level. - Exhibit excellent English communication skills with an American or neutral accent. - Showcase proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building competencies. - Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential. - Prior exposure to CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is advantageous. - Display self-motivation, results-driven attitude, and comfortability with working night shifts aligned with the US time zone.,
