About the Role:

Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through physical meetings, cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and present suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B, depending on industry).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
