JD - Business Development Executive- IndiaJob Location: HyderabadExp - 2-5 yearsRoles and Responsibilities: To Succeed In This Position, You Must Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and present relevant solutions.Schedule and conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations.Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and quotations.Follow up on leads and drive the sales process from prospecting to closure.Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).Preferred:Experience in IT/Software services or related industry.
