The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's long-term growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations. Achieve and exceed targets and KPIs set by the management. Maintain detailed records of client interactions. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
