Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Identifying and prospecting potential clients or customers to generate new business opportunities. Conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and new market segments. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives. Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM systems. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects. Presenting products or services to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition. Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams such as Pre-Sales/Estimation, marketing, product development, and operations to align sales efforts with company goals. Providing timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management. Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Attending networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional network and promote the company's offerings. Continuously enhance industry knowledge, sales skills, and business acumen through self-learning, training programs, and participation in professional events.
