Job Responsibilities
Identifies growth opportunities by conducting market research and developing sales strategies to attract new clients for banking products, investments, or other financial services .
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the financial services sector.
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Develop and implement strategic sales and growth plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Explain financial products (CIBIL score check/upgrade services, credit health reports, credit improvement services, etc.) to customers.
Actively generate new business opportunities through various sales tactics.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with customers, partners, and business professionals.
Maintain accurate data and records in Google Sheets and submit regular reports.
Collect market feedback and share insights for product and process improvement.
Provide daily/weekly sales and performance reports to Team Leader/Management.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in any field is often required. A proven track record in sales, with specific experience in the financial services or related industries, is preferred.

Skills:

Strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is often a plus.

Self-motivation and a results-oriented approach.
