Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients Collaborate with internal teams to achieve the smooth delivery Manage multiple leads simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new business growth. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in BDE role or similar field (IT Sales/Inside Sales/Client Acquisition - IT Staffing) Strong skills in Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Inside Sales, BDE activities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines. Candidate must have excellent English communication skills
