Job Description

Role & responsibilities Outbound Calling: Contact potential buyers (traders, resellers, distributors, scrap dealers, and aggregators) and explain the BFS platform and its benefits. Buyer Onboarding: Register buyers on the platform and guide them through the registration process. Data Collection: Encourage buyers to submit quotes and participate actively in transactions on the BFS platform. Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with buyers to ensure engagement and transactions. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and buyer information in the CRM. Market Feedback: Provide market insights and feedback to the management team for continuous improvement. Preferred candidate profile Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (both spoken and written) is mandatory. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong buyer relationships. Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet targets and manage buyer relationships. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business. Self-Starter: Highly motivated with a result-oriented approach.
