Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Whats app marketing ,Instagram DMs, and email marketing to identify and reach out to potential clients. Conduct cold-calling to connect with decision-makers and generate leads. Schedule meetings and presentations with interested prospects to discuss how our digital marketing services can support their business goals. Market Research Continuously research industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify potential business opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of our services and target audience to personalize outreach efforts effectively. Pipeline Management Maintain a well-organized database of leads, tracking all outreach activities and ensuring follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and convert them into long-term clients. Relationship Building Develop and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Be proactive in identifying new business opportunities within existing client relationships. Performance Reporting Regularly report on sales activities, lead generation, and conversion metrics to provide insights into outreach success. Analyze and optimize outreach strategies based on performance data to increase lead generation effectiveness. Preferred candidate profile Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the digital marketing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-oriented approach. Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and email outreach platforms. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
