Job Description

You will be responsible for lead generation and client acquisition by identifying and approaching schools, colleges, training centers, and corporate offices for interactive panel sales. Your duties will include conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and building a strong pipeline of prospects. In the sales and business development aspect of the role, you will be required to conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Senses Interactive Panels. Understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements will be crucial. Negotiating pricing and closing deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets will also be part of your responsibilities. Relationship management and follow-ups will be key to your success in this role. You will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as principals, IT heads, and procurement managers. Providing post-sales support to ensure smooth product installation and training, as well as following up with clients for repeat business and referrals, will be essential. Your role will also involve reporting and coordination tasks, including maintaining detailed records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM software. Collaboration with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies will be necessary. Additionally, preparing regular sales reports and updates for management will be part of your routine. To be successful in this position, you should have 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, EdTech sales, institutional sales, or technology sales. Familiarity with smart classroom solutions, AV products, or EdTech software is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Marathi will be advantageous. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, basic knowledge of interactive panels, smart boards, and AV solutions, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory are also required. A graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, with an MBA being beneficial but not mandatory. This is a full-time position that involves academic counseling experience of at least 2 years and requires in-person work at the designated location.,
