Provilac Dairy Products is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Tie-Up Executive to spearhead strategic partnerships with corporates. The role involves engaging with HR teams of various companies to establish tie-ups that offer exclusive benefits to employees, including special offers on Provilac products, participation in Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, corporate events, and exploring corporate gifting opportunities. Key Responsibilities Corporate Outreach: Identify and visit potential corporate clients to pitch Provilac’s offerings and establish mutually beneficial partnerships. HR Engagement: Collaborate with HR departments to design and implement exclusive employee benefit programs, such as discounts, subscription plans, or wellness packages featuring Provilac dairy products. BTL Activities: Coordinate and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) activities within corporate premises, such as product sampling, health workshops, or interactive sessions to promote Provilac’s range. Corporate Events: Represent Provilac at corporate events, ensuring brand visibility and fostering connections with key stakeholders. Corporate Gifting Solutions: Develop and pitch customized gifting options (e.g., dairy product hampers) for festivals, employee appreciation, or special occasions. Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with corporate partners to ensure repeat engagements and long-term collaborations. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and corporate needs to tailor proposals effectively. Reporting: Track and report on tie-up progress, employee engagement metrics, and revenue generated from corporate partnerships. Skills and Qualifications Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate relationship management (experience in FMCG or dairy industry is a plus). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to pitch ideas and negotiate with HR and corporate decision-makers. Networking: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Creativity: Ability to design engaging BTL activities and innovative gifting solutions that resonate with corporate audiences. Self-Starter: Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Travel: Willingness to travel locally to meet corporate clients and attend events as required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
