1st Showroom --- PLY POINT 2nd Showroom --- P SQUARE STUDIO ( Vacancy for both Male & Female Both ) ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY 1) Lead Generation and Prospecting: - Identify and pursue leads ( Architects & Interior Designers ) for potential clients - Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting & meetings 2) Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients ( Architects & Interior Designers ) - Understand client needs and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and leading it to Sales 3) Negotiation and Deal Closure: - Negotiate Quotations and Convert the Deal to Sale . - Close deals in line with established business objectives and revenue targets. 4) Sales Target Achievement: - Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall financial success of the company. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to business development. PREFERED CANDIDATE PROFILE 1) Experience: - Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales - Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. 2) Strategic Thinker. - Strong strategic planning and execution skills. - Ability to develop and implement innovative business development strategies. 3) Communication Skills: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively. 4) Relationship Building - Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients ( Architects & Interior Designers ) - Customer-centric approach with a focus on client satisfaction. 5) Negotiation Skills - Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. - Track record of successfully closing deals 6) Team Player - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Willingness to contribute to a positive and dynamic team culture.
