Purpose of the position Oriental Group has evolved into a multi-category, multi-channel and diverse business under the leadership of Mr. Ahmed Ansari and Mr. Ahmed Iqbal. Building Material industry is a rapidly growing industry with multiple companies eyeing a market share in various categories that Oriental has presence in. The main purpose of recruiting a Business Development Executive is to position Oriental Metals and its products as a preferred brand by creating a strong GTM. The position will also take care of all the metrics of the business thus delivering a healthy bottom line. Key Responsibilities of the position: Achieve sales target (Area wise, dealer wise and product wise) Identifying Potential Clients & markets for aluminum roofing products Building & Maintaining relationships with dealers, architects, contractors, builders, PEB, Consultants & Property developers. Providing Product demonstrations & presentations to prospective clients Ensure Sales Improvement through Dealer management and Project sales. Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote Aluminum roofing products. Ensure on time implementation all activities including schemes assigned from time to time at Dealer points. Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the brand. Ensure the on-time collection of payment as per the collection plan. Ensure all complaints regarding products and services are attended in a timely manner and corrective actions are initiated after the communication with concerned Department. Daily visit reports & Visit Plans shall be updated on a regular basis. Periodic dealer evaluation reports shall be filed on a regular basis. Ideal Candidate: Qualification: Any Degree with minimum 2 - 6 years’ experience in similar positions Job Locations: Ahmedabad Mangalore
