Role Overview:

We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing influencer marketing team. You'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, onboarding clients, and building partnerships with brands, agencies, and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Pitch One Stage’s services to brands, marketing teams, and agencies.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the influencer marketing team to create proposals and close deals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables with clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
• Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in influencer marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in working with agencies, brands, or creators is a big plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
