About the Role We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and lead generation within the e-commerce or IT industry. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, driving client engagement, and supporting the sales cycle end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Generate organic leads through online platforms, social media, and web-based tools to drive new business opportunities. Build the database, pure out-reach method. If require prepare the presentations. Organize and maintain prospect data within the CRM system with regular and structured lead submissions. Conduct cold-email and social media marketing campaigns targeted at e-commerce merchants and businesses. Engage with prospective clients, manage relationships, and handle sales-related communications. Collaborate with internal teams to align new prospects, ensuring timely and strategic follow-ups. Assist in refining sales documentation and coordinate candidate follow-ups effectively. Liaise with departments including Pre-sales, Development, QA, and Marketing to stay informed on project updates and service extensions. Support the sales team in advancing the sales funnel and closing deals. Strategize, plan and execute in alignment to get the defined KPI’s. Good to have - Technical Skills & Experience 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the e-commerce or IT domain. Proficiency in lead generation tools and the ability to identify qualified leads based on target customer personas (ICP). Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and technology solutions. Competency in using MS Office tools and advanced Google search techniques. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage data, workflows, and communications efficiently. Proactive learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes and tools. Must Have - Soft Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. Effective situation and scenario management abilities.
