Job Description

Role & responsibilities Working Days: Monday-Saturday(10AM-7PM) Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both FTL and LTL. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online prospecting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers. Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions and proposals. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients. Prepare and present proposals and bids for transportation services. Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Market Knowledge & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets. Analyze sales data and performance to identify areas for improvement. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Preferred candidate profile Business development: 2-4 years (Preferred) Exposure to deal with SMEs/ Cash/Retail Bookings (Preferred) Relationship management: 2-4 years (Preferred) full truck load & PLT- transportation industrty: 2+ years (Preferred) Perks and benefits Exposure to start-up environment Work closely with founding team
