Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Kolkata/Pune/ Bangalore Role & responsibilities Identifying new B2B customers (Works on GST Model) for Logistics Requirements Line Haul, Zonal and Local. Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential customers. Conversion of B2B customers for Business Deliviery Developing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts and pro+tability. Negotiating and closing business deals as per the revenue calculations. Establishing and maintaining connect with stakeholders and key persons. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure customers needs are ful+lled. Providing customer service and support to existing customers to maintain the companys credibility. Reporting business updates, new opportunities and progress against annual company goals to the management. Preferred candidate profile B2B/Institutional Sales Preferably from Core Industries Minimum Experience of 5 years in Direct B2B/Institutional sales Ability to develop good relationships with current and potenial B2B customers. Excellent leadership and communication skills. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
