Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, networking, and cold outreach (emails/calls). Client Acquisition: Pitch Recruiting Genie's services to decision-makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, CEOs, and Founders). Deal Closure: Convert leads into signed agreements by negotiating contracts and service terms. Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business. Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends and industry demand to refine sales strategies. Collaboration with Recruiters: Work closely with recruiters to ensure smooth service delivery. Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve revenue goals and report progress to the founder. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 1-3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in HR/recruitment/ accounting services. Sales-Driven: Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in a B2B environment. Communication & Negotiation: Strong networking skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
