Business Development Executive & Loading Supervisor – Logistics

KS LOGISTICS is looking for dedicated team members to support our growing transport and logistics operations. We have openings for Business Development Executive (BDE) and Loading Supervisor roles.

Responsibilities

• Visit companies/industries for transport contracting & securing bookings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare LR (Load Receipts), check invoices, permits, and vehicle documents
• Inspect vehicles for damages, leakage, and cleanliness
• Supervise loading/unloading with accurate counting of commodities
• Report shortages/damages and ensure timely collection of PODs
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth dispatch and delivery

Requirements

• Experience in logistics/transport or sales/marketing preferred (not mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for business development (for BDE role)
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
