Profile : Business Development Executive (Lighting Solutions) Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. No of openings : 1 Skills: Basic knowledge of lighting products and solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) will be a plus. Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Language : Proficiency in English, Kannada and Hindi. Location : Jayanagar Banglore Salary : Competitive with performance-based incentives. Experience : 2-3 years in sales or business development, preferably in the lighting or electrical solutions industry. Male/Female: Open to both genders. Work from Home : No. Call on Sundays: No, unless required for client meetings. Description : Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads for lighting solutions. Promote lighting products to architects, interior designers, contractors, and other builder communities and stakeholders. Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities while meeting or exceeding targets. Job timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
