As a Business Development Executive in the legal-tech domain, your role will involve new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. You will be a key player in driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships. - Understanding of SaaS products, cloud technology, and related terminologies is essential for effective client communication and needs assessment. - Strong background in B2B sales focusing on selling, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. - Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho for customer interaction tracking, account management, and sales forecasting. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, demos, negotiations, and tailored messaging. - Ability to identify customer pain points, offer customized solutions, and articulate how the SaaS product addresses specific challenges. - Thorough knowledge of the SaaS product, including updates, features, and competitive advantages, for effective positioning to potential clients. - Business development and lead generation skills. - Strong business acumen, communication skills in English and local languages, and impressive presentability. - Excellent interpersonal skills, networking abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. - Collaboration with Project/Account Managers to address potential issues and ensure superior client satisfaction. - Preparation and analysis of pipeline and closure reports. - Autonomous work and occasional remote responsibilities. **Good to Have Skills:** - Supporting digital marketing initiatives when necessary. - Writing blog posts for the website (preferable but not compulsory). - Experience in the legal or technology industry, ability to manage pressure, and meet tight deadlines. - Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices. - Conducting presentations, workshops, or training sessions for clients or internal teams. **Benefits:** - Opportunities for growth and leadership within the organization. - Exposure to the latest tools and technologies. - Participation in the LegalTech and Regulatory compliance market. - Involvement in digital marketing and SaaS sales. - Direct interaction with CXO and senior management of leading companies. - Attractive performance-based incentives.
