Your Role As a Business Development Associate, you will be at the forefront of our growth, engaging with potential clients and showcasing our innovative AI tutoring services. This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment alongside a passionate team. What You’ll Do Generate Leads: Make calls to identify potential clients interested in our AI tutoring services. Engage Customers: Build relationships by understanding client needs and explaining our AI solutions over the phone. Follow Sales Scripts: Use provided guidelines to effectively communicate our product benefits during calls. Achieve Targets: Work towards meeting daily and monthly sales goals through consistent outreach efforts. Collaborate with Team: Share insights and strategies with colleagues to improve overall sales performance. What You Need to Have Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tami or Hindi, and English is required for effective communication with clients in key markets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships and effectively conveying our AI solutions’ value. Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated: Driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve targets, with a strong sense of ownership. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and align sales strategies with broader company objectives. Passion for Education and Technology: Genuine interest in transforming education through AI to make it accessible to all. Preferred Qualifications Previous Ed-Tech Experience: Prior experience with major ed-tech companies is highly valued but not essential if you have strong sales and business development skills. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Compensation Fixed Pay: 2.5-5 lakhs per annum Variable Pay: Earn up to 5 lakhs per annum based on your outstanding performance Perks Medical insurance for all full-time employees Company-sponsored upskilling opportunities We believe in "work hard, play hard," so expect company-sponsored dinners and parties frequently!
