Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop business relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales revenue. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase services offered by the company. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring timely delivery of projects. Manage client expectations by providing regular updates on project progress. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in IT Services & Consulting industry. Strong communication skills for effective negotiation and presentation. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets consistently over time. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Follow-up: Proactively engage with potential buyers, follow up on inquiries, and ensure consistent communication to nurture leads. 2. Sales & Persuasion:Effectively persuade and guide clients toward making a purchase decision, addressing their concerns and highlighting key benefits. 3. Communication Skills: Maintain clear, professional, and persuasive communication with clients through calls, messages, and in-person interactions. 4. Lead Conversion:Strategically convert potential leads into successful sales by understanding customer needs and providing suitable property options. 5. Incentive-Driven Approach: Work towards achieving sales targets, with attractive incentives based on performance and successful deal closures. 6. Relationship Building:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory buying experience. 7. Market Knowledge:Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients. 8. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate pricing and terms with clients to finalize deals in the companys best interest.
