About the job: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development executive to support our customer relations and business development efforts in the K-12 education segment across India. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist the Business Development team in identifying and researching potential K-12 schools across various regions. 2. Support the preparation of sales presentations and outreach materials for prospective clients. 3. Contribute to the development of sales plans, market research, and key performance reports. 4. Help manage CRM data and maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and follow-ups. 5. Participate in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions on market strategy. 6. Assist in proposal writing, account coordination, and tracking ongoing school engagement initiatives. 7. Shadow team members during client calls and webinars, gaining exposure to consultative sales techniques Requirements: 1. Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related fields. 2. Strong interest in education systems and business development. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory). 5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner. 6. Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team. Learning outcomes: 1.
