The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business strategy, with a focus on driving growth and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, and develop strategies to convert leads into business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights to guide business strategy. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
