We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can bring in new clients, build strong relationships, and help grow our footprint in the IT and digital solutions space.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and online research
• Qualify leads and convert them into active prospects
• Present our IT services and solutions to potential clients with confidence
• Follow up on warm leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and prepare reports on sales activities
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for client proposals and follow-ups

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, lead generation, or business development
• Proven track record in cold calling and sales closing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
• Comfortable working with CRMs, email automation, and lead-tracking tools
