Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Noida (on-site, full-time). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. The role also involves preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting sales targets.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have experience in selling IT services, generating leads, client communication, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and business documents
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Generate new leads and convert them into clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable IT services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle calls, meetings, follow-ups, and client presentations.
  • Work closely with the technical team to deliver client solutions.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in IT Sales / BDE / Lead Generation.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of IT services such as software development, web development, staffing, digital solutions, etc.
  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 Per Month (Depends on Target)
