Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Job Description

We are a forward-thinking IT company looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote and expand the reach of our core IT product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, connecting with potential clients via phone and email, and scheduling product demos and meetings. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting Understand and clearly communicate the value proposition of our IT product to potential clients Schedule and coordinate product demos and meetings with the sales or product team Identify client pain points and position our product as the ideal solution Keep CRM systems up to date with lead information, call notes, and follow-ups Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to improve outreach strategy Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and meeting setup targets Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in conducting outreach and cold calls to senior decision-makers Basic understanding of IT products and SaaS solutions (training will be provided) Ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and benefits Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation strategies Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,509.47 - ₹45,958.92 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: BDE: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
