Business Development Executive Intern (BDE Intern)

We are looking for a versatile and dynamic Business Development Executive Intern to join our team!

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and goal-oriented Business Development Executive Intern (BDE) to join our Management Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to drive business growth, handle client communications, and take full ownership of the sales process. As a BDE intern, you will be directly involved in identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, handling sales, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in target markets and generate new business leads.
• Handle the complete sales process — from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage and grow client accounts through consistent communication and service excellence.
• Create and manage engaging content for company social media platforms to boost visibility and brand engagement.
• Design attractive marketing posters and digital creatives using tools like Canva or Figma.
• Plan, execute, and manage online and offline promotional campaigns and events.
• Represent the company in meetings, online interactions, and events, maintaining a positive and professional image.

Skills and Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a confident, result-driven attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Hands-on experience or interest in social media management and online marketing.
• Basic poster design and content creation skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, etc.).
• Good time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Location: Edappally
• Stipend will be provided
• Opportunity: Based on performance, candidates may be offered a permanent position after successful completion of the internship.
