Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Primary Sales Management: Achieve primary sales targets by ensuring timely deal closure. Conduct field visits to meet potential customers, understand their energy needs, and present tailored solar solutions. Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and government incentives. 2. Secondary Sales Management: Drive secondary sales by ensuring sell-through from channel partners/distributors. Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing at retail outlets. Implement promotional activities and schemes to boost secondary sales. Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and consumer preferences. 3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with customers and channel partners to ensure repeat business and referrals. Address customer concerns and provide post-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, installation, and finance) to ensure seamless project execution. Preferred candidate profile Experience in direct sales/B2C sales. Product or project demonstration.
