We are a fast-growing IT services company offering cutting-edge solutions across Microsoft Technologies, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, Cyber Security, Data Engineering, Web & Mobile App Development, and UI/UX Design. As we scale, we are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Development Executive to help generate new business opportunities and fuel our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads for services such as:
    • Microsoft Expertise
    • Salesforce & ServiceNow Consulting
    • Data Engineering & Application Development
    • Web Modernization & Mobile App Development
    • UI/UX Design
    • Cloud Services & Cyber Security
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
  • Research and identify potential clients in target geographies, industries, and roles.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Set up qualified meetings/demos for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 25 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development—preferably in the IT services or consulting domain.
  • Proven success in generating leads for technology consulting services.
  • Familiarity with prospecting and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel management and lead qualification.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
