Job Description

1. Lead Management, Counselling and Sales: o Reach out to potential students (via calls) from a provided database. o Follow up on leads generated through referrals and other sources. o Build and maintain a strong list of potential students (prospective funnel). o Send regular updates, emails, and messages to prospects. o Go the “extra mile” to meet sales budget and facilitate future sales. o Assist students with the admission process and provide guidance as needed. o Update student information and admission details in our system. 2. Fee Collection: o Follow up with students on timely fee payments according to the payment plan. o Send payment reminders and follow-up messages. 3. Grievance Management: o Regularly collect feedback from enrolled students. o Address and resolve student concerns and issues. o Escalate unresolved issues to the Centre Head as needed. Candidate requirements: • Minimum Graduate • Good communication and listening skills. • Basic computer skills (for data entry and updates). • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Positive attitude and eagerness to help students. • Sales Mindset- Highly Target Oriented Show more Show less
