Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Heseos, you will play a vital role in driving sales and building strong relationships within the architecture and interior design markets. Your responsibilities will include: - **Sales Target Achievement:** Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities in architecture, interior design, and related markets. - **Market Expertise:** Leverage your understanding of architecture and interior design sectors to identify potential clients and tailor sales strategies to meet their needs. - **Client Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to offer home automation solutions that enhance their designs. - **Product Demonstration:** Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our solutions seamlessly integrate into design and architecture projects. - **Technical Knowledge:** Possess a basic understanding of the electrical industry to effectively communicate with electrical contractors and ensure smooth implementation of solutions. - **Networking & Lead Generation:** Actively participate in industry events to network with potential clients, generate leads, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. - **Negotiation & Closing:** Lead negotiations and close deals with a focus on meeting client needs while achieving company sales goals. - **Sales Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information in the CRM system to provide regular updates and reports to management. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with design, technical, and customer support teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction. **Key Requirements:** - **Experience:** 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in home automation, architecture, interior design, or electrical industries. - **Education:** A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred. - **Skills:** Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of architecture and interior design markets. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and their integration with home automation technology. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - **Personality:** Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
