Job Summary:

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire new clients for custom software development services (primary focus: international).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with global and domestic clients.
Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
Create and present proposals, pitch decks, and sales documents.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Collaborate with technical teams for proposals and project estimates.
Maintain CRM records and track sales activities.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Experience in BDE/Sales for IT services or custom software development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience dealing with international clients (US/UK/Europe/Middle East preferred).
Understanding of software development technologies and solutions.
Familiarity with lead generation platforms.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Preferred

Prior experience in IT service sales or software project outsourcing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing international deals.
