About the job: Key responsibilities: a. Sales Support & Lead Generation: 1. Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking. 2. Generate and qualify leads under supervision. 3. Maintain a basic database of prospective clients using CRM tools. b. Customer Interaction: 1. Make introductory calls to potential clients to present products/services. 2. Set up meetings for senior sales staff or attend meetings with them. 3. Follow up with clients to gather feedback and maintain engagement. c. Sales Coordination: 1. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. 2. Support the team in handling customer queries and basic negotiation processes. 3. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) for order fulfillment and support. d. Field Visits: 1. Visit retail outlets, distributors, or clients as required. 2. Assist in setting up promotional events or product demonstrations.
